गुरूओं का सम्मान करें, उनके बताये मार्ग का अनुसरण करें : रवीन्द्र चौबे

रायपुर। कृषि एवं संसदीय कार्य मंत्री रवीन्द्र चौबे बुधवार को दुर्ग के शासकीय विश्वनाथ तामस्कर स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय के वार्षिक स्नेह सम्मेलन कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए। उन्होंने शैक्षणिक सत्र में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किए, छात्र-छात्राओं तथा खेल एवं विभिन्न गतिविधियों में महाविद्यालय का नाम रोशन करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को मेडल एवं प्रशस्ति पत्र भेंट कर सम्मानित किया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री उमेश पटेल ने की। विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में दुर्ग शहर विधायक अरूण वोरा उपस्थित थे। श्री चौबे ने कहा कि महाविद्यालय के वार्षिक स्नेह सम्मेलन कार्यक्रम में शामिल होकर वे गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहे है। आज वे जिस मंच पर खड़े हैं, वहां वे 41 साल पूर्व छात्र अध्यक्ष के रूप में खड़ा हुआ करते थे। उन्होंने वर्ष 1977 में इसी महाविद्यालय के अध्यक्ष पद से अपने राजनीतिक जीवन की शुरूआत की थी। छात्र राजनीति के दौरान उन्होंने महाविद्यालय की आवश्यकता एवं समस्याओं के साथ ही प्रदेश की समस्याओं को लेकर आंदोलन किए। उन्हें हमेशा महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य एवं प्राध्यापकों का सहयोग एवं स्नेह मिलता रहा है। तत्कालीन प्राचार्य श्री वर्मा ने उन्हें अनुशासन में रहकर आगे बढ़ने की सीख दी। उनके बताये गए इस मूल मंत्र को अपने जीवन में आत्मसात कर वे आगे बढ़े है और आज भी अमल कर रहे हैं। आज वे जिस मुकाम पर पहुंचे है, इसके लिए उन्होंने महाविद्यालय के पूर्व प्राध्यापकों को प्रणाम करते हुए उनके योगदान को स्मरण किया। उन्होंने कहा कि गुरूओं का सदैव सम्मान करें। उनके बताए मार्ग का अनुसरण करें। पूरी लगन के साथ मेहनत करें और जीवन में सफलता की राह प्राप्त करने लक्ष्य निर्धारित करें। उन्होंने महाविद्यालय के गौरवमयी स्वर्णिम इतिहास का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि महाविद्यालय ने शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों के साथ ही सामाजिक गतिविधियों में भी अपना परचम लहराया है। विद्यार्थियों में कल्पना व सोच होनी चाहिए कि हमारा देश और प्रदेश कैसा हो और इसके विकास में हमारा क्या योगदान हो सकता है।
